One-off payment

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as the website has not yet been published on your domain. Once the website has been published on your domain, the purchase is complete and is no longer refundable.

Monthly plan

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You can also ask for a full refund of your first payment within 14 days, as long as the website has not yet been published on your domain.

How to request a refund

Email contact@rixdigitalweb.com from the address you used to pay, with the name of your business. We will confirm by email. Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our payment partner, to the original payment method.
