Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains how Rix Digital ("we", "us"), based in Caxias do Sul, Brazil, handles personal data. Contact: contact@rixdigitalweb.com.
What we collect
- Business contact details from public sources. To offer our service, we use business contact details that companies publish themselves, such as the email address on their own website.
- Details you send us. Your name, email address, phone number, business details and any material you send for your website.
- Preview visits. When a preview website is opened, we record that a visit happened, the page visited and the browser type, so we know whether a preview has been seen.
- Payment details. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments. We do not see or store your card details.
Why we use it
To contact businesses about a website we have built for them, to answer enquiries, to deliver and support the websites our clients buy, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. For business outreach we rely on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to businesses, and we always include a simple way to opt out.
Opting out
If you do not want to hear from us, reply "Unsubscribe" to any of our emails or write to contact@rixdigitalweb.com. We will stop contacting you straight away.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to run the service: our email provider (Brevo), our payment partner (Dodo Payments), our website hosting (Vercel) and our database provider (Supabase). We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact details of businesses that opt out are kept only as a record that they must not be contacted again.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to contact@rixdigitalweb.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
